Items can be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

• Items must be unworn, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.
• For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned or exchanged.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty.
