SHIPPING

Delivery costs include any applicable taxes and fees. You will receive an email containing your Tracking Number once your package has been shipped from the warehouse.

Our couriers typically deliver from Monday to Friday during business hours (this may vary depending on the final destination and local courier operating hours), and will make one delivery attempt to the shipping address indicated while placing the order. Couriers have authority to leave a package without a signature.

  • Delivery times are indicative only. While we work closely with our partners to ensure timely arrival, occasional delays caused by customs, holidays, or local delivery services can happen.

    United Kingdom: Delivery in 5-7 business days from the shipping date.

    International: Delivery in 7-10 business days from the shipping date.

  • Once your order is placed, it will be processed and dispatched within 1-2 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your package is on its way.

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and preferred shipping method. We occasionally offer free shipping promotions, which will be clearly advertised on our site.

  • We are not responsible for parcels not received due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address. Items undelivered due to incomplete or inaccurate shipping addresses will be reissued if and when they are received back and will incur a reshipping fee. Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and accurate.

  • International orders are subject to the receiving country's import fees, duties, taxes or other fees. These funds are set by your home country's government as per import/export regulations. We are not responsible for any of these duties, taxes, or other fees and are instead the responsibility of the recipient.

    If a parcel is returned to us because a customer refused to pay for any import taxes or customs duties due payable, the parcel's refund will not include the shipping and return costs.

  • If you package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of delivery at support@aksis925.com and provide supporting evidence such as photos of the damage or proof of delivery.

    To ensure fairness and prevent fraudulent claims, we may request additional information or verification before issuing any refund or replacement. Claims submitted after this 7 day period may not be eligible for resolution.

    We collaborate closely with our delivery partners to promptly investigate and resolve all legitimate cases and appreciate your cooperation.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We carefully curate and deliver each product to ensure quality and excellence. Please review our return policy below to understand how we manage returns and exchanges.

We accept standard returns and exchanges including for defective items purchased within 14 days of the order delivery date. Shipping charges will not be refunded and the recipient is responsible for covering return shipping costs.

  • - Please contact customer support via email at support@aksis925.com with you return/exchange eligible order number and any relevant photos and details for authorisation and to initiate your return/exchange.

    - Please note that all returns and exchanges must first be processed and validated by us before returning the merchandise.

    - Please note that we do not cover shipping costs for returns or exchanges (unless the item is defective or incorrect). Otherwise, you are responsible for your own return process and any fees that may be incurred.

    - Once the item is received and inspected, your refund or replacement will be processed promptly.

    - Refunds are issued using the original payment method.

    - Please allow up to 14 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.

    - Items must be returned in its original, unworn condition including packaging. 

  • For quality control reasons, we do not accept returns for buyer's remorse, incorrect size or colour selection, or delayed delivery. Please contact us if you would like to arrange an exchange instead.

    • Items must be unworn, in original packaging, and in resealable condition.

    • For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned or exchanged.

    We encourage customers to review product information carefully before purchasing.

  • International returns may be subject to customs regulations and additional shipping costs.

    Please contact us before initiating any international return for approval and guidance.
